PTW17 Event Application

With our new calendar, comes a fresh approval process. Here are the steps:

1.) Thoroughly review the Event Organizer Rules & Guidelines
2.) Agree to adhere to all guidelines.
3.) Submit your event idea and send us at least two date/time slots you can work with.
4.) Wait for your approval email or otherwise before locking the time slot with your venue. Receive timing approval or otherwise within 2 weeks of submission.

 

Deadlines:

Tuesday, January 24 (2-3pm): Event Organizer Slack Chat - Ask all of your event related questions! Join the Technical.ly Slack here and make sure to participate in the “Philly” channel.

Friday, March 10: Final day for event timing approval.

Monday, March 20: Final event details are sent to print magazine.
